Simon - Complaint against Pennine Care NHS FT

Having been discharged without cause by the CMHT, and been refused to have 2 different and conflicting Diagnoses discussed, explained or confirmed if either or both were even applicable - having only being advised of the existence of the different potential diagnoses via third parties, I was left with no option but to raise a formal complaint.

This is what happened when I made a formal complaint - including being blacklisted, dismissed, ex-communicated and the so-called investigation dragged out, and summarily dismissing all the issues that were raised. No answers were ever provided, no explanation given, and no actions or recommendations that answered the issues raised either. currently, 3 years after requesting an explanation of which, if any diagnoses I may have, I am still none the wiser.

That's 3 years of no specialised mental health support; 2 years going over and over the same issues to be heard, firstly by the Complaints department at Pennine Care, then by the PHSO. The hoops I was forced to jump through and the additional pain, stress and mental anguished I have suffered, pushed me close to suicide on several occasions.
